A written eulogy, prepared from a conversation with you about your loved one's life. You receive a draft to review, and I incorporate any changes before the final version is yours. The eulogy is delivered by a family member or friend; I'm not in the room unless I'm officiating the service. Most eulogies take two meetings - one to gather the stories, one to review the draft.
